January 2009 has already blown away. But it was a good month, with two birthdays to celebrate after all the holiday festivities. First, Sandy's birthday celebration was early on in the month. Everyone got together for dinner at Old Spaghetti Factory. Of course, to go along with the Italian food we had to ingest lots and lots of wine...

Boys will be boys, they must always find a way to play with their food. What do you think of when you get a place of pasta, that has two meatballs, and a sausage -- let's just leave it at that.
After the meal, we took the opportunity to stretch and take photos. Here I am with my favorite gals Tasha and Kathleen.

After dinner, we all headed over to Woody's. It's the same bar that I rang the New Year at...this time I was able to dance my heart out since I didn't have the flu anymore.

Well after 2 short weeks, it was time to celebrate Sarah's birthday. For her, we all met up at Landmark for a fun night of drinks and laughter.

As I mentioned before, once James starts to drink, the bills come out. What you don't see here, is that he is holding a $100 bill and I'm lowering my shirt to make it easier for him to hand it on over....

It was a fun month and I do not know where the time has gone. It's already February now, but I look forward to what this new month brings :-)
