"The Heavenly Lawyer"

A lawyer died and arrived at the pearly gates. Thousands of people were ahead of him to see St. Peter. To the lawyer's surprise, St. Peter left his desk at the gate and greeted him warmly. Then St. Peter took the lawyer by the hand and guided him to the front of the line into a comfortable chair by his desk.
The lawyer said, "I don't mind all this attention, but what makes me so special?"
St. Peter replied, "Well, I've added up all the hours you billed your clients, and by my calculation you must be about one hundred ninety-three years old!"

PS I can attest to that....

Another Colantonio Day

I will let this post be more of a photo album entry. Sunday September 16th, the family spent the day together just hanging out and enjoying being together.

The Unparalleled Sounds of Paul Oakenfold and Underworld

On Sunday September 9th, another trip to the Hollywood Bowl was in order. This time it was off to see Paul Oakenfold opening for Underworld. Jason Bentley got the crowd going, getting everyone ready for the incredible sounds that ensued. The gang that went this time was myself, Dad , Ellie and Martin. Prepared with a picnic and bottles of wine and sparkling water, we commenced a phenomenal night of music.

Oakenfold started the night right. With no down time, he mixed and worked his musical magic for at least an hour.




He was then accompanied by special guest Carmen Rizzo, adding on a more bohemian background sound.



In between the acts we took advantage of taking some snapshots.

The Underworld took the stage by storm and made the entire crowd stand on its feet for 2 hours straight...not including the encore.

Those are supposed to be glowsticks on the stage, are they not?
(either that or Superman's cave??)

After a splendid night of music, we headed home, with our ears ringing and the constant trance beat pounding in our chest
